The Hub Developments

CARMAN worked with Antunovich Architects to develop two mixed-use urban infill projects adjacent to the University of Kentucky in Lexington. The developments were constructed by Core Spaces from Chicago.

Each property consists of ground level commercial use with a parking structure and five stories of college oriented residential apartments for approximately 500 students.

Amenities include social spaces along the streetscape, roof terraces that includes a pool on the roof, growing live plant green screens within the parking structure, and landscape plantings on the ground and roof garden.
